Support is painfully slow and unhelpful
When my transaction got stuck, I contacted Beefy’s support team. It took them 48 hours to reply, and the response was just a copy-paste suggestion to ‘check your wallet status.’ I followed up, but didn’t hear back for another day. Meanwhile, my funds were locked in the vault, and I missed potential yield. There’s no proper status update system for support requests, so you just feel ignored. In DeFi, where every minute can matter financially, this kind of delay is unacceptable.
