Existing users should be able to recover their accounts through a secure verification process without being required to add more funds. Improving support response times and making account recovery easier would help build greater trust in Bter.exchange

I want to express my appreciation to the Bter team for reopening access through their new platform bter.exchange, I honestly thought my old account was gone for good, but after merging it and completing the verification steps, everything was restored. My funds became available again, and withdrawals have been working without delays. The updated interface is smoother, and the support team responded faster than before.
