PunkStrategy is a flywheel token that automatically uses a portion of the fees from trading the PNKSTR token to purchase the CryptoPunks NFT collection, with further token burning and an attempt to create deflation. The mechanism works like this: a commission of ~ 10% is charged for each trade of PNKSTR, income accumulates, and when there are enough of them, the protocol buys NFT CryptoPunk at the current floor price tag, then puts it up for sale at a premium, and when selling, the ETH used for the purchase is used to redeem and burn more tokens.
