    • TrustScores.org is an independent, data-driven review platform dedicated to the blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFT, and broader Web3 ecosystem. Its mission is to bring trust, transparency, and accountability to a market often plagued by scams, misleading marketing, and unverified claims.

The platform provides a centralized space where users can:

      • Read and submit verified reviews of blockchain, DeFi, NFT, and Web3 projects.

      • Check on-chain TrustScores, which measure a project’s credibility based on real user feedback and blockchain data.

      • Access transparency reports that highlight a project’s strengths, weaknesses, security audits, and operational track record.

Every review on TrustScores.org undergoes a multi-step verification process to ensure authenticity and reduce the risk of fake or manipulated ratings. This process may include on-chain verification, community moderation, and fraud detection algorithms.

For crypto enthusiasts and investors, TrustScores.org serves as a DYOR (Do Your Own Research) accelerator, enabling faster and more informed decision-making. Instead of relying on hype or social media buzz, users can compare projects based on real experiences, data-backed metrics, and verified trust ratings.

For project teams, it offers a reputation management tool — a place to engage with the community, respond to reviews, and demonstrate transparency to build long-term trust. By fostering open dialogue and accountability, TrustScores.org helps create a safer and more reliable crypto environment for everyone.

    • A TrustScore is a dynamic, data-driven rating that reflects the overall trustworthiness and reputation of a crypto or Web3 project. It serves as a clear, numerical indicator (from 0 to 100) designed to help users quickly assess the risk level, transparency, and credibility of a platform, token, exchange, or protocol.

TrustScores are especially important in the crypto space, where scams, rug pulls, and misleading marketing are common. Our scoring system gives users a simple, reliable way to evaluate whether a project deserves their time, attention, or investment.

      How is the TrustScore calculated?

Each TrustScore is calculated using a combination of objective data points and user-generated feedback. The formula includes:

      Key factors:

      User Reviews & Ratings
Weighted average scores based on real user experiences (e.g. interface quality, support, security, transparency).

      Security & Audits
Verified smart contract audits, bug bounty programs, and reported vulnerabilities from reputable firms (like Certik, Cyberscope, etc.).

      Transparency & Team Info
Public availability of team data, tokenomics, roadmap, whitepaper, and disclosures.

      Activity & Community
Frequency of updates, GitHub activity, responsiveness on social media, and size/engagement of the community.

      Track Record
Project age, prior incidents (e.g. hacks, rug pulls, delistings), and long-term user satisfaction.

      Trust Moderation Layer
AI-assisted moderation and human verification to detect fake reviews or manipulation attempts.
      etc...

        TrustScore Scale:

      • 1-20 Bad. Possible scam

      • 21-40 Poor. High-risk, low-trust, or flagged for issues

      • 41-60 Average. Mixed reputation, proceed with caution

      • 61-80 Good. Generally trustworthy

      • 81-100 Excellent. Highly trusted

The final TrustScore is refreshed regularly and adjusts as new data comes in — making it a living score, not a static label.

By combining quantitative metrics with crowdsourced opinions, TrustScores.org ensures that every project’s score reflects both facts and real user experience.

    • Yes — verified representatives of crypto projects can respond to user reviews on TrustScores.org.

We believe in open, two-sided dialogue between users and Web3 projects. Allowing teams to reply to reviews increases transparency, builds trust, and creates space for healthy discussion — especially when users raise questions or concerns.

        🛠How it works:

      • Project teams can claim their official profile by verifying ownership (via wallet signature or team email).

      • Once verified, they can reply publicly to individual reviews under their project’s page.

      • Replies are labeled as “Official Response”, so users can easily distinguish team feedback from community reviews.

      • Projects can respond to positive or negative reviews — to thank users, clarify issues, or explain updates.

        Why responses matter:

      • Clarify misunderstandings or outdated information

      • Show users that the team is active and transparent

      • Build a reputation for accountability

      • Strengthen the project’s TrustScore by engaging with the community

        Rules & moderation:

      • All responses must follow our Community Guidelines. That means:

      • No harassment, spam, or misleading claims

      • No threats or intimidation

      • No fake identities or impersonation

      • Replies are monitored by moderation + AI filters

      • Projects that abuse the system may lose their response privileges.

    • At TrustScores.org, we take the integrity of our platform seriously. Preventing fake, biased, or manipulated reviews is one of our top priorities — because trust only works when the data behind it is authentic.

That’s why we’ve built a multi-layered moderation system that combines automation, community, and human review to ensure every review reflects a real user experience.

Our fake review prevention system includes:

      AI-Powered Detection
We use advanced natural language models to automatically flag suspicious patterns — like copy-pasted reviews, fake praise, paid shilling, or bot-like behavior.

      Wallet & Identity Signals
Optional wallet verification lets us confirm that a reviewer has interacted with the project they're reviewing. (Coming soon: “Verified Reviewer” badge.)

      Community Flagging
Users can flag suspicious or harmful reviews. Flagged content is prioritized for moderation and possible removal.

      Trust & Safety Moderation Team
A dedicated team of human moderators manually reviews edge cases and applies penalties to repeat offenders or malicious actors.

      Behavior-Based Scoring
Reviewer credibility is evaluated over time. Spammy, biased, or one-sided accounts get deprioritized or shadow-filtered.

      Rate Limits & Anti-Sybil Protections
We limit how many reviews can be submitted in a short time from a single source, preventing review bombing or fake campaigns.

      Our moderation principles:

      • Transparency — No hidden edits or stealth removals

      • Neutrality — No project can pay to remove or edit reviews

      • Fairness — Reviews are evaluated based on quality, not opinion

We believe that real users — not bots or marketers — should shape the reputation of crypto and Web3.

    • TrustScores.org is a crucial resource for anyone involved in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFT, or Web3 space. In an industry where transparency and trust are often lacking, this platform provides a centralized hub for verified user feedback and on-chain trust ratings that help both beginners and experienced investors make informed decisions.

One of the biggest problems in the crypto market is the abundance of scams, misleading promises, and aggressive marketing campaigns that mask poor-quality projects. TrustScores.org tackles this issue head-on by:

      • Aggregating verified user reviews from real community members.

      • Cross-checking claims with on-chain and public data to ensure accuracy.

      • Publishing transparency reports that highlight key strengths, weaknesses, and potential risks for each project.

By combining community-driven insights with data-backed verification, TrustScores.org empowers users to DYOR (Do Your Own Research) more effectively. Instead of relying solely on hype, social media buzz, or unverified opinions, visitors can assess a project’s credibility using measurable, verifiable metrics.

For crypto project teams, the platform serves as both a reputation-building tool and a feedback channel, allowing them to respond to reviews, demonstrate openness, and improve their trust rating over time. For investors and enthusiasts, it offers a safer environment to explore opportunities, avoid scams, and choose projects that align with their values and goals.

Ultimately, TrustScores.org plays a key role in making the crypto ecosystem safer, more transparent, and more accountable — one project review at a time. By bridging the gap between blockchain technology and human trust, it helps shape a healthier and more sustainable Web3 environment.

    • Any real user of a crypto project, token, exchange, or DeFi platform can leave a review on TrustScores.org.

We believe that the most valuable insights come from authentic user experiences — not paid influencers, bots, or corporate press releases. That’s why we’ve made it easy for everyday crypto users to share their opinions and help others make smarter, safer decisions in Web3.

You can leave a review if:

You’ve used the project or platform in any capacity (staking, trading, interacting, holding the token, etc.)

You had a positive, neutral, or negative experience — all perspectives are welcome

You’re willing to provide honest and constructive feedback

You do not need to be a technical expert or investor — the only requirement is genuine usage and a desire to help others.

How do we ensure reviews are real?

To maintain quality and trust, TrustScores.org uses a mix of:

      • AI-powered content analysis to detect fake or spam reviews

      • Community moderation and flagging system

      • Optional verification methods (e.g. wallet-based proof-of-use)

      • Manual review by our trust & safety team

This system ensures that reviews are authentic, unbiased, and representative of real user experiences — not marketing.

        Why leave a review?

      • Help protect others from scams and rug pulls

      • Share your experience with projects you love (or warn about those you don’t)

      • Contribute to a safer, more transparent crypto ecosystem

      • Influence the TrustScore of a project with your voice

    • If you believe you’ve encountered a scam, rug pull, or malicious crypto project, it’s important to act quickly — both to protect others and to help clean up the Web3 ecosystem. On TrustScores.org, we provide tools to report, flag, and review suspicious projects in a transparent and community-driven way.

What to do if you found a scam:

      Leave a detailed review
Go to the project’s page on TrustScores.org and write an honest review describing your experience. Be clear, specific, and factual. Example: "Tokens were locked without explanation and the team disappeared. No response in Discord. Smart contract was unaudited."

      Flag the project as suspicious
Use the "Report Project" button to flag it for internal review. Our trust & safety team will investigate further.

      Provide any supporting links
If you have proof (e.g. screenshots, TX hashes, forum links, social media posts, etc.), include them in your review or report.

      Warn others
Share the TrustScores.org review page with your community to help spread awareness and prevent more losses.

      What happens after you report?

      • Our system will prioritize moderation for flagged projects

      • Reviews from other users may add supporting evidence

      • If confirmed, the project may receive a Low TrustScore and a scam warning label

      • In extreme cases, the project may be blacklisted or delisted

We believe that community action is the best defense against bad actors in crypto. That’s why we make it easy to report — and hard to hide.

      Stay safe:

      • Always check a project’s TrustScore, reviews, and audit status

      • Avoid tokens with anonymous teams and no community presence

      • Don’t interact with contracts that haven’t been verified or audited
