Simple to use, but high fees and lack of transparency

I used WBF Exchange some time ago — the interface was simple, and fiat deposits were convenient, especially for beginners. But over time, issues started to appear: high fees, lack of transparency on withdrawals, and now it seems the exchange has shut down completely.
