support responded slowly

I used StraitsX to convert SGD to XSGD and transfer it to my wallet — the process was intuitive, converted 1:1 quickly, and fees were almost zero for small transactions. However, the KYC process and fund unlocking took a week in one case, and support responded slowly — which seriously affected my overall experience with the service.
